2020-04-02 Gowlland Point Rd Ocean Access, Pender Island, BC

Great dive off Gowlland Beach at the end of Gowlland Point Rd on South Pender Island, BC. On this dive I suited up on the platform and walked down the stairs to the water. Here I went to the East (left) reef area and maxed out at 55ft. The highlights were a few new species for the photo collection including a Sailfin Sculpin and a Four Tentacled Jelly. Also, seeing two juvenile Sunflower Stars is a good sign; showing some recovery from the wasting disease. Very good visibility on this day.
